1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agni Yantra ("the Service"), available at www.agniyantra.in and kundali.agniyantra.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agni Yantra is a web-based platform that generates professional Krishnamurti Paddhati (KP) astrology birth chart reports. The Service accepts birth details (name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth), performs planetary calculations using established KP astrological methods, and produces detailed multi-section PDF reports including sub-lord analysis, Vimshottari Dasha tables, planetary aspects, and significator tables.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Payments and Wallet System

Agni Yantra operates on a prepaid wallet-based payment model:

• Adding Funds: You may add funds to your wallet using Razorpay, our third-party payment processor. Available payment methods include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.
• Report Pricing: Each KP astrology report costs Rs 240 (or as otherwise displayed at the time of generation). Prices are subject to change, but any change will be communicated before it takes effect.
• Wallet Deductions: When you generate a report, the applicable amount is deducted from your wallet balance. You must have sufficient balance to generate a report.
• No Refunds on Wallet Credits: Funds added to your wallet are non-refundable. Since wallet credits are consumed for digital report generation (an instant, automated process), refunds are generally not available once a report has been generated.
• Failed Transactions: If a payment fails or is not verified by Razorpay, your wallet will not be credited. If you believe a payment was charged but not credited, please contact us at info@agniyantra.in with your transaction details.

5. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code, algorithms, or data models of the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without prior written consent.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated reports without authorisation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Provide false or misleading birth details with intent to harm others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and report templates on the Service are the intellectual property of Agni Yantra and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share individual reports but may not bulk-redistribute, republish, or resell them. The underlying report format, templates, and calculation methodologies remain the property of Agni Yantra.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Agni Yantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Agni Yantra in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service at all times.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any remaining wallet balance at the time of termination due to a violation of these Terms may be forfeited. If termination is initiated by us without cause, we will make reasonable efforts to refund any unused wallet balance.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agni Yantra, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
